Delaware leaders will share how their state is leading the nation in postpandemic educator workforce growth. They will highlight Delaware’s stackable apprenticeship model, which includes registered paraprofessional and teacher apprenticeships that build toward a seamless, debt-free pathway culminating in a year-long teacher residency.
This webinar is part of NASBE’s Annual Conference Encore webinar series, which features research, experts, and organizations whose excellent session proposals couldn’t be included in the conference program. The series kicks off in December and continues monthly through spring 2026.
