Areas & Rates of Service

Below indicates our areas of service. Rates can fluctuate depending on individual situations. All rates are equivalent for within and external to Texas A&M University. There are reduced rates for ERC-sponsored entities, particularly within CEHD. We may, at our discretion and through consultation, waive or modify fees and policies.

Project Evaluation

Generally consists of: Consultation, Scope of Work, White Paper.
Can also include: Data collection and cleaning; Data analysis (inclusive of any other data costs)

Service Rates

  • $10,000 for 1-month of assistance
  • $150/hour for research assistance

For any contract or grant that includes ERC personnel, we generally anticipate a 5% additional IDC rate to maintain ERC structures and services. This goes towards general ERC maintenance as well as cost-offsetting of personnel involvement across departments and colleges.
